Airdate: September 2nd, 1997
Summary: Fog rolls in as our gang walks to Lavender Town, and Ash scares the piss out of Misty and Brock. They make their way to Pokémon tower, but Ash is feeling a bit apprehensive, his friends push him to go in right then. Meowth sees a Gastly, but it fades out of site before he can prove it to Jessie. Meowth runs Jessie’s mug, and she is on a rampage. All of that commotion scares our gang, Brock thinks some kinky shit is going on. They all go inside, and hear some truly terrifying noises, but its just the trio of Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar laughing at a comedy show. Ash gets separated from Misty and Brock, and Gengar and Haunter do a comedy routine for Ash and Pikachu. Ash dunks on them, and they get real emotional. Haunter pulls Ash and Pikachu out of their bodies, and take them flying, and then to their play room. These ghosts are just lonely, and want some fun! Spirit Pikachu is swinging around, but Ash explains that he has a dream, and will miss his new friends. Haunter is coming along for the ride, while Team Rocket is stuck in the ghost playroom.
Best Trainer/Pokémon: Haunter, what a buddy.
Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Meowth, you can’t scratch Jessie’s face and get away with it.
One thing I learned: Ghost Pokémon just want to have fun, oooo haunter just wants to have fun.
Pikachu-o-meter: 4/5, Putting Ash in his place was funny.

Best Scene: Ash and his ghosty friends messing with his friends.
