Airdate: August 27th, 1998
Summary: Ash and the gang run to catch the boat to the mainland, when they run into a Wartortle. Squirtle translates for Ash, puts on his Squirtle Squad glasses, and goes full send to Turtle Island. Ash and Squirtle get directed to Blastoise, but upon getting too close to it they fall asleep. Every other Squirtle and Wartortle on the island are asleep as well. Pikachu wakes them all up, and they report they heard a weird sound coming from Jigglypuff. They are determined to wake up Blastoise. Brock reads us a picture book of the situation, everything was honky-dory until Blastoise fell asleep in the ocean. Brock gives Blastoise a physical, and he wakes up, but something is stuck in its cannons, it’s Jigglypuff! Everyone falls asleep from Jigglypuff’s song, and Team Rocket seeks to capitalize on our sleeping heroes. Meowth falls asleep in route, they reel Meowth back in and plunger Blastoise. The turtles are restless, and Squirtle decides to screw everyone’s heads on straight. Team Rocket fights amongst themselves, and hits the boat enough to rock Jigglypuff out of Blastoise enough to make them fall asleep. The Squirtle and Wartortle save the sinking Gyrados-mobile, and save Team Rocket’s slimy lives. Team Rocket tries to capture Blastoise again. Blastoise wakes up with help from Pikachu and Squirtle, and goes HAM on Team Rocket with its sumo wrestling skills and Hydro Pump. Squirtle saves Jigglypuff, and everyone gets a well-deserved snooze, and a good face painting.

Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Jigglypuff, I’m a bit tired of your bullshit Jiggly! Stop singing all hours of the day.
One thing I learned: James is the most grateful member of Team Rocket.
