Airdate: December 23rd, 1999
Summary: Ash is polishing his balls, when a Quagsire comes out of the water. Misty wants to catch it, but Psyduck ruins her mojo by coming out of its Pokeball. Quagsire steals the GS Ball, and avoids Squirtle for quite a long time, but it loses the GS Ball and Pikachu catches it. Officer Jenny arrests our gang, but Professor Oak explains to her that our friends are not poachers. Apparently, Cherrygrove City has clean water, and the Quagsire show how clean the water is so they can’t be caught. Our friends observe Quagsire taking round objects, and that Quagsire is fixated on the GS Ball. Chikorita gets Quagsire off of Ash, but goes too hard. Chikorita has a crush. Our friends decide to wait for the ball to come down in the river, while Team Rocket is down to steal some round things, but not before their Pokémon are stolen. After seeing some Quagsire, Ash and the crew change course and follow the Quagsire up river. Our Quagsire are in Blue Moon Falls. Team Rocket tries to catch Quagsire but they are too slippery. Team Rocket gets peeve after catching the Quagsire when they find their Pokeballs are in the trash. Team Rocket gets Pikachu, but the Quagsire are throwing rocks at the balloon, while Bulbasaur releases the Quagsire in the net. The Quagsire shot the items over the waterfall, and they come back in the water towards the city. The GS Ball is the last thing to float down the river, and Ash is exhausted but they get them just in time.

Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Quagsire, I know you have your moon thing, but you’re way too annoying this episode.
One thing I learned: Quagsire love round things.
