Airdate: November 9th, 2000
Summary: Ash and his friends are back in the mountains, Ash and Pikachu race to… somewhere. While they run they get passed by a Ledian. Ledian gets blown back by a Pidgeotto, what an underrated bird. Ledian is part of the mountain patrol, with Benji and his grandfather. Ledian is on another training exercise, when Team Rocket tries to suck Pikachu and Togepi in. Team Rocket and Togepi get blasted with Team Rocket into the side of the mountain, and fall down in a bobsled down the mountain. They end up on the tip of a rock formation, while Ash and the crew, Benji, and Ledian avoid falling boulders as they search for Team Rocket. Benji and the crew face an obstacle of challenges that Ledian and their assortment of Pokémon help with. Wobbuffet pops out of their ball, and tips the bobsled off of the mountain, only for Togepi to use Teleport with their Metronome attack. Jessie has decided to practice denial, while Ash and the twerps arrive with Ledian. Ledian takes it upon themselves to help Pikachu, Togepi, and Team Rocket. It works with Benji and the gang to help secure our friends. Team Rocket decides to steal Pikachu and Togepi, and attack the crew after being saved. Benji and his grandfather use their Ledian to take down Team Rocket and Pikachu sends them flying. Our friends make a new friend, and see the first star of the night. Benji gets made officer of the mountain patrol.

One thing I learned: Ledian are super underrated, even if they are brutal to use in game.
