Airdate: November 30th, 2000
Summary: Our friends are on the way to Ecruteak City, when they run into Madam Muchmoney’s Snubbull. Team Rocket struggle along the same road and Snubbull bites Meowth’s tail. Meowth flings Snubbull, and the crew run into one of Madam Muchmoney’s help, who tells the crew that they are actively looking for Snubbull. Madam Muchmoney swoops in like Tommy the Kangaskhan Kid, and tells how she has gotten buff over her time looking for Snubbull. Ash tells Madam Muchmoney that he saw her Snubbull. Snubbull laments Meowth’s rejection, and fantasizes about Meowth and his tail. Snubbull bites a Mankey’s tail, and flees, but Madam Muchmoney finally finds Snubbull and takes it to the Pokémon Center. The Snubbull leaves the center by itself, even after Madam Muchmoney talks about the new multi-million-dollar renovations to the compound. Snubbull finds Meowth hung from a tree as bait, but Snubbull evolves into Granbull. Meowth thinks this might be too kinky for his tail, and when Jessie sends out Wobbuffet it says It doesn’t want a piece of Granbull. Granbull eats Arbok’s tail, sending it into pain. Meowth uses a new machine which has a mechanical tail that serves as bait, but Granbull’s jaw is too strong to let go. Everyone grabs unto the robot Meowth’s tail, but even when Meowth shocks Granbull it can’t be shaken off of that tail. Madam Muchmoney finally coaxes Granbull off of the tail, and starts to command it in battle. Madam Muchmoney and Granbull get closer than ever.
Best Trainer/Pokémon: Madam Muchmoney, a phoenix rises from the ashes, with muscles to spare.
Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Snubbull, I love Snubbull but it put Madam Muchmoney through hell for some tail.
One thing I learned: Snubbull just wants some tail.
