Airdate: February 1st, 2001
Summary: Our friends decide to go to a tea ceremony, when an Eevee comes and stops by our friends. The Eevee is owned by Sakura, who tells our friends that her sisters run the tea ceremony, what a coincidence. Our friends follow Sakura, where they see all of her sisters in their Kimono, teaching Ikebana among other things, Brock is smitten with all of them. Brock has visions of marriage, while Misty is just trying to get him off of their backs. Misty and Sakura bond over being the younger sister to beautiful older sisters. Jessie and James are dressed up for tea, but when they make a ruckus after hating the cookies, they attack Eevee and our gang’s Pokémon but are blasted away. Now our friends are relaxing, Sakura and Misty talk about Sakura’s wish to start her Pokémon journey with the gang. Sakura is allowed to go with the gang if they all beat her sisters in a gym battle. It’s Poliwhirl vs. Vaporean, they trade attacks each sending out strong attacks, with Vaporean’s Aurora Beam knocking out Poliwhirl. Next, it’s Pikachu vs. Jolteon, but before they can start Team Rocket shows up with an odd box thing. They attack Eevee and the other Eeeveeloutions, but Ash sends out Chikorita against Victrebell. Staryu comes out and throws James and Arbok into a cell, HYUUUU!. Chikorita sends Jessie and Victrebell in a cell, while Umbreon sends Meowth and Team Rocket flying while rescuing Eevee. Ash resumes the match, and Pikachu beats Jolteon. Sakura decides to stay and train in Ecruteak City, and our friends decide to go to Olivine City for the beach.
Best Trainer/Pokémon: Sakura, she reminds me of the best of Ash and Misty.
Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Team Rocket, don’t ruin a tea ceremony people.
One thing I learned: Sisters have to stick together.
Who is that Pokémon?: Chikorita, I love this Pokémon, it is the best.
