Summary: We start our episode with a man using a machine to attack a city and ruin their fields. Pikachu electrifies Team Rocket right after the Taillow episode and sends them right to this little village. The villagers think Team Rocket is actually team Righteous, and say they were sent here to save them. Team Rocket wants to be bad, not good, and thinks the machine is to protect the village… so they defeat the machine with Arbok and Weezing. After helping them beat the machine, the village shows Team Rocket old Team Righteous footage and says they are their biggest fan. They want Team Righteous to go and attack the man and his machine, Team Rocket takes this as an opportunity to make the village their fortress. Team Rocket rolls up to the castle bringing their own robot.. This is starting to look like Frankenstein with the villagers’ pitchforks… but the man in the castle sends a welcome wagon of flowers which Team Rocket smushes. Team Rocket runs into the castle and meets the leader of the robot, who turns out to be a scientist who just wants to spread love and peace and make friends. He explains that his robots can do the work on 100 farmers, Jessie suggests having him make them a robot army. Team Rocket plays as if they created the scientist, Prof. Brown, who says he did not mean any harm. Team Righteous says that he will design robots that will work for them. Meanwhile, a flock of Taillows flies in and the villagers expect to save them. Prof. Brown uses one of his devices that was once used as a seed sowing device to stop the Taillow, by giving Team Rocket’s Meowth Machine a jetpack, and the device as a suction device to release them into the migratory winds. James is asked to stay with the leader of the village, Kate, and James brings that up to Team Rocket but accidentally hits the launch switch but can’t stop it before they blast off. Team Rocket lands near our heroes, and decides to keep pursuing Pikachu.
Best Trainer/Pokémon: Team Rocket, this episode is about them and they play the heroes, boldly into battle!
Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Team Rocket, they worked too well to where they let the villagers do something to someone who had good intentions.
One thing I learned: You can really get something twisted in a hurry.
Best Quote: “Let’s show these yokels who is really bad” – Team Rocket, I love it
Best Scene: The scientists’ monologue.. A good-hearted Frankenstein.
