Pokemon Company
Airdate: January 16, 2003
Summary: Brock cooks some lunch, with everyone’s Pokemon getting acquainted with Treecko who is a bit aloof and socially awkward. Everyone is enjoying each other’s company but Treecko spots a Seviper in the bushes who trips Torchic and tries to steal its apple. Treecko defends Torchic, but Seviper is really tough, dodging Treecko. Pikachu, Taillow, and Forretress attack Seviper but it uses Haze and escapes into the trees, but Treecko follows it and gives it a tough Pound attack, releasing Torchic from Seviper’s grasp. Seviper is pissed and starts attacking Treecko with a Poison Tail, but Taillow’s WIng Attack, Forretress’s Spikes, and Pikachu’s Thunderbolt attack make it flee. Treecko took a tough hit and now is wounded a bit, the crew takes it to a Pokemon Center. Team Rocket sets their sights on Seviper, they try to trap it with a fruit basket on top of a hole, but Seviper is too smart and takes the basket with their tail. Seviper is netted by Team Rocket, but breaks through the net. That snake is always one step ahead, even stealing their rice ball. Jessie bit off some of Jessie’s hair, which forces her into a blind rage where she just kicks the crap out of Seviper before catching it. Our crew is at the Pokemon center, but Treecko snuck out of its room to find Seviper and battle it again after some training under a waterfall, what a badass. Treecko’s training also has him do a spinning Pound attack, but right as Ash is congratulating it, Team Rocket comes out and grabs Pikachu. Seviper and Treecko square off but Treecko’s Quick Attack spinning Pound ends that snake and sends Team Rocket flying with the help of Pikachu.
Best Trainer/Pokémon: Seviper, Treecko got the better of them.. But they are pretty fierce Pokemon.
Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Torchic, it is just starting out but at some point it needs to learn how to defend itself.
One thing I learned: I already knew this.. But do not mess with Jessie’s hair under any circumstances.
Who is that Pokémon?: Gligar, I miss Gligar-Man!
