Summary: Ash is polishing everyone’s Pokemon, now he has 4 on his crew with Taillow, Corphish, Pikachu, and Treecko. Corphish tries to eat rope holding a boat, it is definitely a little weird. Corphish says hello to everyone’s Pokemon while hitting them, but he is too excited. May is worried that Wurmple isn’t eating, and shakes its head at the assertion that its stomach hurts… Corphish eats all of Torchic and Wurmple’s food. Just when Ash is trying to discipline Corphish, Team Rocket grabs Pikachu and does a Corphish stylized motto, interesting. Corphish is pissed and goes on a mission to get it back but ends up pinching Wurmple’s String Shot connecting to Team Rocket’s balloon, sending Team Rocket flying. Our crew runs in, Corphish sets Pikachu free with a Bubblebeam, now we have a classic two on two battle, Wurmple’s String Shot brings Pikachu back. Wurmple sleeps after its String Shot, both of them end up evolving at the same time, May’s into a Silcoon and Jessie’s into a Cascoon, Corphish and Pikachu blast Team Rocket off. Corphish collapses with a fever, and Ash doesn’t have its Pokeball, so Ash has to run it to the Pokemon Center. Ash finds water and a Pecha Berry, but finds a mad Shroomish he steps on instead. Ash tries to cross a river, but a bunch of savage Carvahna are roaming the waters. Ash has to use a well-placed rowboat to get across, he has to turn back because the Carvahna eats his boat. Ash is looking for a bridge, but it’s broken. Ash and Pikachu wade through the river as fast as possible, Carvhana attack but Ash finally gets across with help from Pikachu’s electric attacks. Ash gets across and is able to get Corphish to shore.. He ended up being sick because he ate a rope and buoy. Brock, May, and Max hear a sound by the beach as they wait for Ash to come back, they spot a tape recorder, which leads our heroes into a Team Rocket trap.. But Pikachu isn’t there. Team Rocket traps themselves and after a morning the recording of them being trapped is brought by Taillow and heard by Nurse Joy and Ash. Corphish comes and rescues everyone while Team Rocket blasts off, everyone warms up to Corphish who proceeds to knock them out.
Best Trainer/Pokémon: Ash, old school fireman’s carry to the Pokemon Center, this has Hour of the Houndour written all over it.
Worst Trainer/Pokémon: Jessie.. You are not getting a Beautifly mam.
One thing I learned: Ash will do anything to help his Pokemon, rain or shine, in sickness and in health.
Who is that Pokémon?: Beautifly, I like it less than Butterfree, but I think it is a better battler with healing moves, so eh.
